Will The Post House accept and forward parcels?
TPH are essentially a lettermail service, with limited storage capacity, and reserve the right to forward packages over 250gm immediately, without instruction from the mailbox holder.
How long will The Post House hold my mail?
If you have elected to have your mail forwarded on demand and have not requested a despatch, TPH will store your mail for the balance of the period of your account, plus 90 days.
What happens when my account expires?
TPH will inform you by email that your account period is due to expire, with an option to extend. In the event that you don't respond, or elect not to renew your account by the expiry date, arriving deliveries will be returned 'not known at this address' and any mail held will be destroyed, unopened, after 90 days.
Can you open and fax the content of a letter to me?
No. For your security and privacy it is an absolute policy of The Post House not to open a client's mail under any circumstance.

Why have I received no forwarded mail?
Mail can only be forwarded, either on demand or your chosen schedule, if items have been delivered to your mailbox. If nothing has been forwarded, then no mail has arrived!
What if I forget my pass phrase?
